External building information

The Southside Community Centre is a large ex-church. The main entrance is through double gates, up steep steps with railings, and through the blue doors.

To the right-hand side of the double gates is a single gate with a ramp and level access area. This will take you round to the rear door. This door also has level access into the building.

Internal building information

There is a lift. The dimensions of the lift are: 100 centimetres by 86 centimetres. This is small, so please take a note of this.

When you exit the lift, you will be on a level access area into the Main Hall. You will be able to remain on a level surface in the Main Hall.

The hall is large and sound echoes. We currently do not have a hearing loop. We can provide a quiet room on request. If you are attending any Art27scotland activity and require BSL interpretation, please email info@art27scotland.com. Alternatively, please phone or text 07534 602 776.
