Over the past month, our artists have ran through development days where they shared reflections on last year, explored in depth the definitions around cultural rights and practical applications, and discussed some community development models of participation and how they may apply in cultural context.
And now Artists-in-Residence are brainstorming ideas and preparing activities to develop their projects for the next period. They will create community-based projects across the Southside addressing themes of cultural rights. Stay tuned to find out more about their projects soon!
Plus: don’t forget to check out our artists’ microsites for more details and updates on the evolution of their projects. You can always join us to find out what’s going on and how you can get involved!
